Social Media

Does your company need a Social Media presence but you lack the time?

Most companies these days have a presence in one or more social media channels where they interact with their clients or customers on a regular basis. This can be LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even Pinterest.

However, if you’re new to social media, you’ll want to start with just one social media channel first, but where you start will depend on your business type and where your target market mainly “hang out.”

For instance, if you are business to business, you may prefer to create a social media presence on LinkedIn, where you’ll not only highlight your skills and portfolio, but you may want to join groups and answer industry-related questions from potential customers.

If you’re a home-based business whose audience mainly uses Facebook, you’ll want to create a presence there instead. This can be done through a Facebook Business Page and can include a private group page, which is especially useful if you have VIP clients and want to share your latest products with them first.

If you sell products of any kind, Pinterest or Instagram might be a better option and, if you’re selling workshops and webinars, YouTube or Vimeo might be your audience’s preferred hangout.

No matter where you need to create your social media presence, if you don’t have the time or creative skills to create your own social media graphics, such as profile badges, profile headers and post images, Kaz Design Works can help with that.

In addition, if you plan to use Facebook as your primary social media channel, but don’t know where to start or don’t have the time, we can also help set up and administer your business page as well as create and schedule your posts. However, we do recommend that you are an administer of your own business page, so that you receive notifications when a customer contacts you, and to interact personally with your customers who comment on scheduled posts.

We currently do not offer full social media management services or strategy, but can recommend others that do.
