If you’re having problems sending large attachments from Outlook, you may need to temporarily disable your Trend Micro internet security.
- Locate and right click your Trend Micro icon (usually found on the right hand side of the task bar)
- Click the “Protection Against Viruses and Spyware” option
- A pop-up will appear asking you how soon you want to automatically reactivate your protection. If necessary, change the time to the shortest time period available (15 minutes).
- Send your email.
- To reactivate your protection before the reactivation time, right click your Trend Micro icon, and click the “Protection Against Viruses and Spyware” option again.
