Today, Kaz Design Works turns ten years old!
On December 21st, 2007, I registered the business name, Kaz Design Works—and that’s the day, Kaz Design Works officially came into being. Today, I am happy to be celebrating Kaz Design Works’ tenth anniversary.
Over the last 10 years, I am pleased to have helped numerous businesses with their graphic design, website design and WordPress needs. Still today, I service some of my earlier clients and along the way I have gained many new ones by way of referrals from those happy clients.
The last couple of years have been a bit quieter than usual for Kaz Design Works, due in part to many reasons.
First, I moved out of the city to a rural area several miles away where many of the local businesses are farms, part of a tight-knit community or run by mennonites who do not need my graphic and website design services.
Second, I travelled to the UK many times and spent several weeks waiting for my house to be built, to celebrate special family birthdays and to help my mum look for a house, move to the Cornish coast and settle in, as well as return visits to help her celebrate her birthday, help her with gardening. An here I am again spending Christmas and New Year with her again.
And on top of that, I have been preoccupied with several other personal pursuits that took my focus away from my business.
Nevertheless, I am happy to say that Kaz Design Works is looking forward to the New Year, and my goal is to help even more businesses with their graphic design, website design and WordPress needs and help them transform their business in 2018.
